Our Funds
Agency Endowed Funds
The agency sets up these funds to support its programming. The decision and the use of these awarded funds are at the agency’s discretion.
Donor-Advised Funds
These funds are set up by the donor, and grants made from these funds are at the discretion of the donor, with the approval of the Board of Trustees of the Cadillac Area Community Foundation.
Field-of-Interest Funds
These funds are targeted to address particular needs in an important area of community life.
Geographic Affiliate Funds
Non-Endowed Donor Advised Funds
These funds are set up by the donor, and grants made from these funds are at the discretion of the donor, with the approval of the Board of Trustees of the Cadillac Area Community Foundation.
Pass-Through Funds
The primary purpose of a pass-through fund is to receive gifts and donations on behalf of a nonprofit organization to support a specific project or program. The Foundation is the fiduciary for these funds, and the donations are not endowed.
Scholarship Funds
Gifts to these funds are an investment in the future of our youth. Scholarships are awarded from these funds.
Unrestricted Community Memorial Funds
Gifts to these unrestricted funds are pooled with the Community Fund to help address a broad range of local needs.
