Leadership Learning Lab
The Leadership Learning Lab (LLL) combines adaptive and collaborative leadership, time management, and nonprofit and cross-sector capacity-building skills. It invests directly in leaders to strengthen their organizations and the communities they serve. The LLL is a nine-month course on Leadership Styles, Time Management, Board Development, Fund Development, and Goal Setting. Participants leave with a network of support within the LLL community when completed.
Since 2019, 24 leaders from nonprofits have completed the class.
The Lab was made possible through grants from the Frey Foundation, Rotary Charities of Traverse City, and from local foundations.
