Our records, with the exception of specific donor and donor gift information, are public, and we are pleased to provide you with more detailed information regarding our operations.

The Cadillac Area Community Foundation will make available for public inspection the last three years of its tax documents, including Internal Revenue Service Forms 990 and 990-T (if applicable). If the request for any of these documents is made in person, the requested information will be provided on the day of the request. If the request is in writing (including e-mail), copies will be provided within 30 days of the request. The requestor will be charged a reasonable fee for the cost of copying, plus postage.

An independent audit is completed each year, the highlights of which are posted on this page.

The Investment Committee of the Cadillac Area Community Foundation is responsible for making recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding investment decisions and oversight of the investments and investment managers. A list of our investment managers with telephone numbers, and a schedule of fees charged by the investment managers, is available on request.

The National Standards Seal by our name indicates official confirmation from the Council on Foundations that we have met the most rigorous standards in philanthropy.
